Dancing Feet

Helloooo weekend!

My weekend is shaping up to be pretty darn good. It will get even better when Monday rolls around because…IT’S MARATHON MONDAY! This pretty much a holiday for us Bostonians. The Boston Marathon is the world’s oldest annual marathon and it’s TONS of fun (probably a little bit more for the spectators!) I get the day off, the city pretty much shuts down and let’s just say some bar hopping and beer is involved. Can’t wait!

Last night, Allie, Sara and I headed over to An Tua Nua, a local bar. We walked in and immediately got our dance on! Wearing heels + busting out dance moves doesn’t always leave your lower body feeling too great. This morning, my dancing feet were killing. We had a blast, though!

After getting my hair done today (and spending money up the whaazoooo on it), we all went to Barnes and Noble to catch up on celebrity gossip via trashy magazines.

Allie and I used to go to Barnes and Noble in Ithaca all the time during college. *Tear* We would “study” aka read magazines and drank coffee in the adjoining Starbucks. Yeah, we were regulars there.

Once we got home I was more than ready to slip into these:

Then we tapped our inner college kids again and decided to order some Chinese. I went with ginger scallion noodles and Sara and I split an order of crab rangoons. I barely made a dent in my ginormous noodles and the rangoons were overflowing.

Nothing like greasy Chinese food to make you feel like you’re back in college!

Now that I’ve consumed my sodium intake for the entire month, I’m off to watch one of my favorite movies of all time:

If you haven’t seen this yet, watch it ASAP. Such a classic.

Do you have any favorite go-to movies?
