Happy Weekend!
Correction: Happy LONG weekend!
I can’t tell you guys how pumped I am for some extra sleep. Oh and the fact that it’s finally warm out. Oh and the fact that it’s my roomie’s bday celebration tomorrow.
Weekend=pancakes. Pancakes=deliciousness. Deliciousness=food coma. Food coma=Ok with me.
Here are some pancake recipes I’m drooling over right now. I’m pretty sure I need to invent a cookie dough/brownie/cake batter pancake. But then it wouldn’t really be a pancake, huh?
I’ll make these in the mean time.

There’s a restaurant in Denver that serves pancake flights. You would love them, I think you get up to 4 different varieties of pancakes. It’s amazing!
