Please don’t be scared when you look at this breakfast.
This really was the best breakfast I’ve had in a long time.
Chocolate Overload Chilled Overnight Oats
- 1/3 c. rolled oats
- 1/3 c. oat bran
- 1 1/2 c. almond milk
- 1 tsp. chia seeds
- 1 heaping tbsp. dark chocolate cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp. PB2
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Cover, refrigerate overnight. In the morning, stick in freezer for about 10-15 minutes. Add more milk if necessary to loosen it up. Stir and enjoy!

This looks so delicious but for some reason I’m never in the mood for chocolate in the mornings. If I halved this recipe, it would make an awesome afternoon snack though!

I wasn’t alarmed when I saw this! I immediately thought about making it for breakfast! LOL!
I satisfy my chocolate cravings with hot cocoa most mornings, but this would be a much better way to get my fix in the summertime. Yum!
