I like beige things.
Boots. OK, these aren’t really beige. Beige-ish?
Scarves. And yes, I like scarves that are other colors.
I’ve sorta been on a goat cheese kick lately, huh? What can I say? Nothing holds a candle to the stuff. Seriously, how do goats make such magic. I could easily eat a whole log in one sitting. No crackers/bread/wine needed. Actually, wine would be a good way to wash it down.
I hadn’t broken out the food processor in a long time, so I decided tonight was the night. I live on the wild side, my friends.
Since I’m a lovah of all things beige, I decided to deepen my love and create…crack dip!
To be classy, this should be called Spicy White Bean Dip, but I’m really not that classy.
Or am I?
Seriously though, this dip is crazy good. Please PLEASE make this. Spread it on toast. Dip crackers or carrots in it. Heck, bathe in it. I would. Maybe white beans are the mystery moisturizer of the century?
If you’re like me, you could also just eat it. Straight. from. the.
See, pure class right there.
Spicy White Bean Dip aka Crack Dip

- 3 T feta
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 T tahini
- 1 1/5 T olive oil
