		<description>gahh burpees kill me every time I  love plyo workouts although I always end up having sore knees the next day so typically I go with something a little lower impact although I have started taking a turbo kick class recently and am obsessed with it... its like kickboxing on steroids !!</description>

Not sure if I could make it through an entire workout, but I like to pick out my favorites (read, the easier ones) and throw them into my full body circuits. Anything I can do to get out of squat jumps or burpees...man, those things bring out the sailor in me if you know what I mean! ;)</description>
