Friday Favorites

Happy Friday!

Isn’t it awesome that another week is over? Some of you lucky ducks get a 3-day weekend. I, however, am not so lucky. Oh well, more money in the bank, right?!

Not sure what your weather is like, but around here it’s disgusting. Thursday was rainy, windy and I looked like a wet rat when I got home. Lovely.

This rainy weather has had me craving one thing: a tropical vacation. I just went to Florida, but I’m craving all the flavors of the tropics…coconut being one of them! I absolutely adore coconut in all forms: cookies, cake and pina coladas. ;)

P.S. I’ve already done another Friday Favorites on coconut but I definitely don’t think a round 2 is a bad idea.

Here are some of my favorite coconut concoctions from around the web!

Coconut Macaroons from The Granola Chronicles

Chocolate Coconut Cupcakes from A Healthy Passion

Pumpkin Banana Coconut Bread with Pepitas from Kiss My Broccoli

Chewy Double Chocolate Coconut Blondies from Can You Stay For Dinner?
