		<description>Oh man, giving up cheese sounds hard but I&#039;m impressed that you are doing it! I hope once this is over you treat yourself to mac and cheese or a grilled cheese sandwich! And I&#039;ve never really been big on tofu but this looks great! I need to try it!</description>
