I woke up still super exhausted. What gives? Maybe it was my work out or the week catching up to me…who knows. All I knew is I wanted to get ready as soon as possible because I was in dire need of a smoothie.
This was one of the best I’ve made in a longgg time:
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 c. frozen peaches
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp. ground flax
- 1.5 c. almond milk
- 2 handfuls spinach
I’m in LOVE. I gotta think up a name for this one…any suggestions?
