Since I decided to give up meat for Lent (had a tough time with no chicken in my noodle soup today,) I thought it’d be perfect to share some of my favorite tofu recipes with you all! Let me point out I’ve never prepared tofu on my own, I’m too much of a wimp. Maybe these recipes will give me that extra push!

If you read”Skinny Bitch” by Rory Freedman and Kim Barnouin, you will have no problem with never eating meat again! My stomach turns even thinkng about eating meat.
