New Love

Morning!

After a longgg drive home, I hit the hay last night hard. It’s nice seeing the sun hang out for longer during the evening!

So, I fell in love. During a trip to Trader Joe’s yesterday, I was pretty much tagging along and as we got in the checkout line a light bulb went off. There was something I knew I wanted to try for awhile. I spotted it from feet away, and immediately popped it open when I got in the car:

SO GOOD!

I finally know why so many people rave about this stuff. I was eating it by the spoonful and went into seed butter coma soon after. This would probably be amazing with chocolate, (too bad that has to wait) jam of all kinds, honey. Ahhh!

Ok, enough.

Onto breakfast! I oat bran, which was another first for me, cooked with vanilla, banana slices, almond milk and topped with…can you guess?

With a full belly, I’m off to work! Hope everyone has a wonderful Monday!

  1. I’ve never tried sunflower butter but I heard it was really tasty! Love those oats, what a great way to have breakfast :D

  2. I never thought I’d be a fan of Sunflower Seed Butter but OMG that stuff is delicious!

  3. Stephanie says:

Sunbutter is sooooo good! And an added bonus: some of the brands are made in nut-free factories, so they’re allowed in nut-free schools. Score!

  4. by the way, this stuff is the love of my life. I am so glad that more people are getting into it. Have you tried the Sunbutter brand or other brands? I’m on a Once Again jar right now which is different but equally as delicious : D
