Makes: 2 servings
Bring pot of water to boil, salt, and add gnocchi or pasta of choice.
3 large Garlic Clove, peeled
3 ounces Fresh Basil Leaves
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 1⁄2 teaspoons Red Pepper Flakes
1 teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
1 1⁄2 cups Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1⁄3 cup Parmesan Cheese
Place basil, salt, garlic powder, chili pepper flakes, cheese, pepper, and olive oil in food processor and blend until smooth, but not liquidy.
Cook gnocchi or pasta until al dente. Bowl up pasta. Top with additional parm if desired. EAT!
